   • Using your HBL registered mobile number, send an SMS to 4250 with the following format:
     DC(Last 4 digits of your Debit Card)
     Example: DC4321
   • You’ll receive a 5-digit activation code that’s valid for 3 days. If it expires, just repeat this step to get a new code.
2. Go to an HBL ATM
   • Visit any HBL ATM with your HBL Debit Card, your CNIC number, and the 5-digit activation code.
3. Activate Your Card at the ATM
   • Insert your HBL Debit Card into the ATM and select your language (English or Urdu).
   • Enter the 5-digit activation code you received.
   • Enter your date of birth in DD-MM-YYYY format.
   • Input your 13-digit CNIC number.
   • Choose a 4-digit ATM PIN and re-enter it to confirm.
